Do I need to give my card for the free plan?
No. The free plan is genuinely free — no card, no trial period, no catch. You get 3 meeting analyses per month forever.
What transcript formats does it support?
Anything text-based. Zoom auto-transcripts, Teams captions, Google Meet transcripts, Otter.ai exports, or even your own rough typed notes. If you can paste it, it works.
Is my meeting content stored?
On the free plan, no content is stored after processing. On Starter and Pro, your meeting history is saved to your account so you can review past action items. You can delete meetings any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time. Cancel from your account page and you keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no awkward emails asking why.
